ARIANNE PHOSPHATE DELIVERS PURIFIED PHOSPHORIC ACID SAMPLES

SAGUENAY, QUEBEC – (July 9, 2026) – Arianne Phosphate Inc (the “Company” or “Arianne”) (TSX VENTURE: DAN; OTCQB: DRRSF; FRANKFURT: JE9N), a development-stage phosphate mining company, advancing it’s Lac à Paul project in Quebec’s Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region, is pleased to announce that it has shipped samples of purified phosphoric acid (“PPA”) to potential customers for testing. The samples shipped were successfully produced at pilot scale (see Press Release dated June 18, 2026) by combining Arianne’s high-purity, low-contaminant phosphate concentrate with Travertine Technologies’ (the “Partnership”) proprietary process for producing PPA while allowing for the recapture of the sulphuric acid used in the process.

Internal testing of the PPA produced met specifications required for the product’s use in various technical applications including LFP batteries. Following this milestone, samples have now been sent to potential customers for their assessment. These first samples of PPA were sent to companies covering three separate industries: a CAM (cathode active material) producer for ultimate use in LFP batteries, a diversified industrial chemicals producer that uses PPA for water treatment and pulp & paper applications and a specialized liquid fertilizer producer. The testing that will be performed is the first step in the qualification process required in securing commercial contracts for the product.

Arianne currently has the only permitted phosphate mine in the West and understands how strategically important its development is. To that end, we continue to make significant progress with groups like Travertine and other ‘like-minded’ government, corporate and financial partners to advance the development of our Lac à Paul project.”

By sending samples to companies in diverse industries, the Arianne-Travertine partnership can demonstrate its ability to address supply concerns that are affecting many businesses. Further, these companies are North American based and looking for Western-sourced materials. Concurrent with the testing of the PPA that will be occurring over the coming weeks, the Partnership will be advancing its work towards a demonstration plant (see Press Release dated April 21, 2026) that will be able to produce greater quantities of material for additional companies to work with. Ultimately, Arianne is looking to provide the West with the PPA it needs to meet growing demands and, can do so from geopolitically advantaged Canada.

ARIANNE PHOSPHATE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETES PILOT SCALE PURIFIED PHOSPHORIC ACID PRODUCTION WITH TRAVERTINE TECHNOLOGIES

SAGUENAY, QUEBEC – (June 18, 2026) – Arianne Phosphate Inc (the “Company” or “Arianne”) (TSX VENTURE: DAN; OTCQB: DRRSF; FRANKFURT: JE9N), a development-stage phosphate mining company, advancing it’s Lac à Paul project in Quebec’s Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region, is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed the production of purified phosphoric acid (“PPA”) with its partner Travertine Technologies.  As announced in November of 2025, the companies partnered by way of an MoU to test the ability of producing PPA by combining Travertine’s proprietary process with Arianne’s high-purity phosphate concentrate and, subsequently, signed the joint-venture framework agreement earlier this month (see Press Release dated June 2, 2026).

Following the establishment of the partnership, Arianne provided samples of its phosphate concentrate to be processed at Travertine’s facility in Boulder, Colorado.  Pilot scale testing was successfully performed demonstrating proof of concept on the process and production of a high-quality PPA.  Further, Travertine has demonstrated that over 95% of the sulphur used in the process of making PPA can be recaptured and recycled, providing a virtually closed loop system.  The PPA produced using the process met specifications required for LFP batteries as well as other technical-grade applications.

Phosphate has historically been understood as an agricultural commodity due to its use in fertilizer.  Beyond this, however, some higher quality phosphates are used in the production of purified phosphoric acid, an ingredient required in the production of food, pharmaceuticals, electronics and semiconductors.  Adding to the demand for PPA has been the rapid ascent of the lithium-iron-phosphate (“LFP”) battery due to its use in electric vehicles and energy storage systems.  Like most battery technologies, and the critical minerals required for them, China dominates LFP production and, as the West continues to rapidly adopt and rely on the LFP, production from other geographies will be necessary. 

Encouraged by the results of its pilot scale testing with Travertine, Arianne entered into an option agreement for a facility to house a demonstration plant (see Press Release dated April 21, 2026) where it will produce greater volumes of PPA.  The facility will be the only Canadian-based producer of PPA and is expected to receive considerable interest from potential customers looking to reduce single-supply risk.

ARIANNE PHOSPHATE EXECUTES JOINT VENTURE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT WITH TRAVERTINE TECHNOLOGIES

SAGUENAY, QUEBEC – (June 2nd, 2026) – Arianne Phosphate Inc (the “Company” or “Arianne”) (TSX VENTURE: DAN; OTCQB: DRRSF; FRANKFURT: JE9N), a development-stage phosphate mining company, advancing it’s Lac à Paul project in Quebec’s Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region, is pleased to announce that it has signed its Joint Venture Framework Agreement with Travertine Technologies Inc. (“Travertine”) which will serve as the template for its final shareholder agreement between the parties. As previously announced (see Press Release dated November 6, 2025), Arianne partnered with Travertine, by way of a Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”), for the production of purified phosphoric acid (“PPA”) by combining Travertine’s proprietary process with Arianne’s high-purity phosphate concentrate.

Arianne’s phosphate concentrate is a perfect feedstock for the Travertine process given its high-purity, low-contaminant nature. Travertine’s phosphate process can produce PPA from phosphate concentrate using recycled sulfuric acid, addressing both the significant cost and supply concerns that are now being felt in the sulphur and phosphate markets. As well, the process eliminates phosphogypsum waste, converting it into material that can be used in several other industries, resulting in a more environmentally friendly process and enhanced economics. The PPA produced from this process would meet the requirements necessary for LFP batteries, as well as other technical grades used in pharmaceuticals, semiconductor production and food additives. 

“Since the signing of our MoU, global events have led to significant issues in the sulphur market, greatly effecting many industries including phosphate production,” said Brian Ostroff, Head of Strategic & Business Initiatives at Arianne Phosphate. “Due to the nature of our phosphate concentrate, less sulphuric acid is required in the production of the phosphoric acid feedstock and then, when put through the Travertine process, much of the sulphuric acid can be recycled and used again in the process. If successful, the implications would be little to no reliance on sulphur. This would remove the requirement and cost of a sulphur burning operation as part of our downstream PPA facility Capex along with the Opex associated with ongoing sulphuric acid costs. Additionally, the process would bring about a large reduction in the environmental footprint of the downstream project and could produce a carbon-neutral/negative by-product. I would say that there is considerable interest on the part of would-be partners in our efforts.”

Arianne and Travertine have been working together on pilot scale testing at Travertine’s current facilities and should be in a position to provide initial results within the next few weeks. Additionally, Arianne has also taken the step of optioning a facility in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region for a demonstration plant for the Joint Venture to produce PPA at a larger scale (see Press Release dated April 21, 2026). 

Lastly, Arianne has granted 200,000 stock options to Mr. Jeffrey Beck, CEO of Arianne Phosphate, in lieu of any salary or cash remuneration for his employment with the Company. These options entitle Mr. Beck to purchase one common share of the Company until June 2nd, 2036, at a price of $0.425 per share, this being the closing price of the Company’s shares on the trading day of the grant. The options are subject to a vesting period and are also subject to regulatory approval.

ARIANNE PHOSPHATE SUCCESSFULLY PRODUCES PHOSPHORIC ACID ON A CONTINUOUS BASIS

SAGUENAY, QUEBEC – (May 14, 2026) – Arianne Phosphate Inc (the “Company” or “Arianne”) (TSX VENTURE: DAN; OTCQB: DRRSF; FRANKFURT: JE9N), a development-stage phosphate mining company, advancing the Lac à Paul project in Quebec’s Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region, , is pleased to announce that phosphoric acid has been successfully produced on a continuous basis using its high-purity phosphate concentrate. This accomplishment marks the first time phosphoric acid has been continuously produced in the Province from a Quebec-sourced apatite concentrate in over 130 years. This work was done in partnership with Corem and with the support of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan).

During tests performed at Corem, the Company produced roughly 1.5 tonnes of phosphoric acid on a continuous basis over a one-week period. Due to the nature of Arianne’s phosphate concentrate, the phosphoric acid produced is easily upgraded to a purified phosphoric acid (see Press Release dated April 9, 2026), the material required for the LFP battery industry as well as high-performance fertilizers, pharmaceuticals and semiconductor production. Adoption of semi-annual financial reporting

Additionally, the Company announces adoption of semi-annual financial reporting (“SAR”). This news release is being issued and filed pursuant to Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933 Exemptions to Permit Semi-Annual Reporting for Certain Venture Issuers (“CBO 51-933”). 

CBO 51-933 allows eligible venture issuers to voluntarily move from a quarterly to a semi-annual financial reporting framework. By adopting SAR, Arianne aims to reduce the administrative and financial burden of quarterly reporting. As a result of adopting SAR, the Company will not file interim financial statements and related Management’s Discussion and Analysis (“MD&A”) for the three-month period ending March 31 and the nine-month period ending September 30 of each applicable fiscal year. Accordingly, the initial interim period for which the Company does not intend to file an interim financial report and related MD&A will be for the three months ended March 31, 2026. Arianne will continue to file audited annual financial statements (due within 120 days of December 31) and six-month interim financial reports and related MD&A (due within 60 days of June 30). The Company remains committed to timely and transparent disclosure and will continue to report all material changes and significant developments as required under National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations.

Clarification Regarding Bonus Warrants Issued under the Credit Facility Extension

Reference is made to Arianne’s press release dated April 1, 2026 announcing the closing on agreement to extend its credit facilities. The Company confirms that the restriction to exercise the 25 million 2026 Warrants (as defined in the press release) if such exercise would result in the Lender (as defined in the press release) holding, on a partially-diluted basis, more than 19.9% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Arianne also applies in the case of a Business Combination Transaction (as defined in the press release) and, as a result, the exercise of the 2026 Bonus Warrants remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”) and, if required by the Exchange, of the disinterested shareholders of the Company.

ARIANNE PHOSPHATE EXECUTES AN OPTION AGREEMENT FOR ITS PURIFIED PHOSPHORIC ACID DEMONSTRATION PLANT

SAGUENAY, QUEBEC – (April 21, 2026) – Arianne Phosphate Inc (the “Company” or “Arianne”) (TSX VENTURE: DAN; OTCQB: DRRSF; FRANKFURT: JE9N), a development-stage phosphate mining company, advancing the Lac à Paul project in Quebec’s Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region, is pleased to announce that it has entered into an option agreement for a facility to be used in the production of purified phosphoric acid (“PPA”). As announced (see Press Release dated November 6, 2025), Arianne Phosphate and Travertine Technologies are partnering to produce PPA, combining Arianne’s high-purity phosphate concentrate with Travertine’s proprietary acid production process.

Situated in the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region, the option covers a portion of the infrastructure operated by Énergie Milot, a producer of thermal energy from forest biomass. Located within the Saint-Ludger-de-Milot industrial park, the site has full access to the utilities required for the proper operation of the project.

“The demonstration plant is a first step towards greater production capacity,” said Raphael Gaudreault, COO of Arianne Phosphate. “By increasing the scale of production, Arianne and Travertine can show the effectiveness of the process and produce enough end-product to secure future customers. This fits with Arianne’s goal of expanding beyond being a miner of phosphate to becoming a downstream provider of purified phosphoric acid.” 

Arianne and Travertine have been working together to produce PPA on a laboratory scale with results expected in the coming weeks. Purified phosphoric acid has historically been used as a food additive and is also required for pharmaceuticals and semiconductor production. More recently, PPA demand has been accelerating due to its use in lithium-iron-phosphate (“LFP”) batteries with shortages projected in the coming years as more EVs are produced and Energy Storage Systems (“ESS”) deployed. In particular, demand for energy is accelerating, fueled by the rapid growth of data centers pushed by AI. The power necessary for these data centers will be increasingly dependent on ESS. Currently, these build-outs are reliant on access to LFP batteries, a market that China dominates with over 95% of all production.

The ability to produce PPA is greatly determined by the quality of the phosphate concentrate used as the input. Arianne’s phosphate deposit is geologically rare [igneous] allowing it to produce a very high-purity/low-contaminant concentrate that is easily upgraded to PPA. The Company’s Lac à Paul project hosts the world’s largest greenfield deposit and is the only permitted phosphate mine in the West. Arianne’s project is a necessary piece as geopolitics continue to push companies and governments to evaluate their supply chains.
