December 2015

Arianne Phosphate received their Ministerial Decree and final approval from the Quebec government for its Lac à Paul project, thus obtaining the necessary permits to begin construction.

October 2018

Port Saguenay receives a favorable decision for the construction of a maritime terminal on the North Shore of the Saguenay River, which will allow Arianne to ship its phosphate concentrate worldwide.

May 2019

The company obtains permits for the construction of a 46 km power line and a substation connecting the Lac à Paul project to the Chute-des-Passes dam, thereby ensuring the site's electricity supply.

November 2021

Arianne announces positive results regarding the use of its phosphate concentrate in advanced battery technologies, particularly lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries, thus expanding its opportunities beyond fertilizers.

January and June 2024

The governments of Quebec and Canada added phosphate to their respective lists of critical minerals, recognizing its strategic importance, particularly for LFP batteries.
