Saguenay, June 14, 2010.The management of Arianne Resources Inc. (« Arianne » or « Company ») announced on April 7 that it had reached and exceeded all of its objectives for the Phosphates 2010 International Conference that took place in Brussels, Belgium last March. Following this conference, potential investors asked for additional information on the project and a first group of investors will arrive in Saguenay on June 22. A visit of the exploration site will then take place. Arianne will be assisted by the city of Saguenay that will promote the quality and dynamic nature of the people in the area.
Volatility continues his work on the North American equity markets and the market capitalization of the Company does not reflect the fair value of the assets, so the Board of the Company has created a special committee to study the best way to increase the value of the assets that represent the phosphates deposits of Lac à Paul. In the solutions considered the possible transfer of ownership in a private subsidiary, which will be evaluated in accordance with the interested partner. This transfer could initially facilitate discussions with potential partners and the equity investment in the project. By accomplishing this transfer, the company’s intent is to minimize dilution of the existing shareholders and hopes to have a more important leverage for the shareholders. Arianne wants to create a joint venture with a partner / producer in the phosphates in order to enhance the property.
