Founded in 1997 under the name Arianne Resources Inc., Arianne Phosphate Inc. (listed TSX-V: DAN and OTC: DRRSF) is a Canadian company dedicated to developing its Lac a Paul mining project, one of the most prolific phosphate projects in the world. Arianne Phosphate will be part of the solution to fulfilling the growing demand for food.

Arianne Phosphate’s mission is to produce high-quality apatite (phosphate) through an environmentally friendly phosphate mine for use in a wide range of applications necessary for society. Through renewable hydroelectricity, we strive to diminish our production of greenhouse gases to achieve GHG neutrality. December 2015
Arianne Phosphate has received the ministerial decree and final approval from the Quebec government for its Lac à Paul project, thus obtaining the necessary permits to begin construction.
October 2018
Port Saguenay receives a favorable decision for the construction of a maritime terminal on the North Shore of the Saguenay River, which will allow Arianne to ship its phosphate concentrate worldwide.
May 2019
The company obtains permits for the construction of a 46 km power line and a substation connecting the Lac à Paul project to the Chute-des-Passes dam, thereby ensuring the site's electricity supply.
November 2021
Arianne announces positive results regarding the use of its phosphate concentrate in advanced battery technologies, particularly lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries, thus expanding its opportunities beyond fertilizers.
January and June 2024
The governments of Quebec and Canada are adding phosphate to their respective lists of critical minerals, recognizing its strategic importance, particularly for LFP batteries.
June 2024
The company publishes positive results from its prefeasibility study for a purified phosphoric acid (PPA) production plant in the Saguenay region, aiming for a maximum annual production capacity of 350,000 tons of battery/food grade PPA.
October 2024
Arianne receives a strategic investment in the form of an unsecured convertible debenture from a major global mining company, aimed at financing the advancement of its phosphoric acid project.
December 2025
Arianne receives an extension for its Ministerial Decree.
January and April 2026
Further metallurgical and processing tests demonstrate the ability to produce a 41.5% P2O5 concentrate and the ability to produce 80% of downstream product in the form of PPA.
May 2026
Arianne produces phosphoric acid on a continuous basis; first time in 130 years in Quebec.
