SAGUENAY, QUÉBEC - (28 juin 2024) – Arianne Phosphate (la « Société » ou « Arianne ») (Bourse de croissance TSX : DAN) (FRANCFORT : JE9N) (OTCQX : DRRSF)une société en stade de développement du projet de mine de phosphate du Lac à Paul, dans la région du Saguenay—Lac-Saint-Jean, au Québec, annonce les résultats des élections de son assemblée générale annuelle et extraordinaire 2024 (« AGA »), représentant l’année fiscale terminée le 31 décembre 2023.
Toutes les résolutions présentées lors de l’AGA ont été approuvées par les actionnaires. Ces résolutions comprennent la nomination des administrateurs et des auditeurs ainsi que le renouvellement du régime d’options d’achat d’actions et l’approbation du nouveau règlement intérieur de la Société.
Arianne a le plaisir d'annoncer que les actionnaires de la Société ont élu Messieurs Dominique Bouchard, Brian Ostroff, Jeffrey Beck, James Cowley, Marco Gagnon, Siva Pillay, Steven Pinney, Raef Sully et Claude Lafleur en tant qu'administrateurs de la Société lors de l’AGA tenue le 28 juin 2024.
