Toutes les rĂ©solutions prĂ©sentĂ©es lors de lâAGA ont Ă©tĂ© approuvĂ©es par les actionnaires. Ces rĂ©solutions comprennent la nomination des administrateurs et des auditeurs ainsi que le renouvellement du rĂ©gime dâoptions dâachat dâactions et lâapprobation du nouveau rĂšglement intĂ©rieur de la SociĂ©tĂ©.
