Manouane Zone Drilling Campaign Begins (Lac à Paul Project)

Saguenay, March 8, 2011. Arianne Resources (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that drilling has begun in the  Manouane Zone on February 7. The campaign is expected to continue until mid-April. To date, 12 drill holes (2,450 m)  have been completed, however, analytical data is yet unavailable. The initial visual core analysis suggests that the mineralization extends beyond the existing resource envelope. The Company is hopeful that the current Manouane Zone drilling campaign could indicate a larger scope for the Lac à Paul Project.

The 7,500 m campaign is aimed at categorizing the inferred 137.7 Mt resources grading 5.71% P2O5 and 8.92% TiO2 in indicated and/or measured resources. An update of the resource calculation in this zone will be conducted by SGS Geostat  Inc. and included in the Met-Chem Inc. prefeasibility study.

The Manouane Zone is about 6 km away from the Paul Zone. Several grab samples, grading from 3.5 % to 10.87 % P2O5,  were retrieved between the two zones, which are linked by a geophysical anomaly similar to that associated with the  Manouane Zone. Bernard Lapointe, President and CEO of Arianne Resources, said: “The territory linking the Paul Zone and the Manouane Zone should be the focus of extra drilling campaign as early as next summer. We hope to discover additional mineralization beyond what is already indicated from the two principal zones”.

Pilot Scale Production Test: Metallurgical testing of the Paul Zone ore is currently underway at the COREM Consortium laboratories in Quebec City. COREM is processing an 8 tonne sample of Lac à Paul ore to make a phosphate concentrate. The concentrate product will be shared with potential customers, to be tested for quality and incorporation into end product manufacture processes. To date chemical analyses have revealed the Lac à Paul igneous phosphate concentrate should be substantially higher in quality than the sedimentary concentrates generally produced around the world.

Canada Phosphate (www.canadaphosphate.com ) is the wholly owned subsidiary of Arianne Resources and develops the  Lac à Paul phosphorus-titanium deposits. These deposits should produce an high quality igneous apatite concentrate grading about 40% P2O5 with little or no contaminant. Arianne (www.arianne-inc.com ) is a Canadian exploration company whose primary mission is to explore and develop gold, silver and other metal deposits in Canada and Mexico .  The Company has 54 million shares outstanding.
