(DAN-V) (\u00ab Arianne \u00bb) is pleased to announce the completion of a non-brokered financing for an amount of $581,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arianne will issue 581 Units at a cost of $1,000 per Unit, each Unit including 5,333 flow-through common shares at a price of $0.15 per share, 1,538 common shares at a price of $0.13 per share and 3,435 share purchase warrants.
