Saguenay, April 16, 2010. The management of Arianne Resources Inc ( DAN- V ) announces that the Company’s board of directors cancelled today 1,464,000 stock options previously issued by the Company and granted 1,464,000 new stock options at a price of $0.15. These new options will be valid for 10 years and are subject to the approval of a majority of votes by arm’s length shareholders at the Company’s Annual special meeting of shareholder’s that will take place on June 15, since they are priced lower that the cancelled stock options.
